Mercado Persa (composed by Moraíto Chico) performed by Frank Verhoef on november 2022 at Schiedam. ---------- About the author: Manuel Moreno Junquera (Moraíto Chico) was born in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain on the 13th of september 1956. He was considered one of the main figures in the evolution of the flamenco guitar. He was the nephew of flamenco guitarist Manuel Morao who was one of his main influences. Moraíto recorded 2 solo albums: "Morao y Oro (1992)" and "Morao, Morao (1999)" and collaborated with many other flamenco artists, such as José Mercé, Juan Moneo and Niña Pastori. His son Diego del Morao is also a flamenco guitarist. ---------- About the piece: Mercado Persa means Persian Market in Spanish. ---------- The audio was recorded beforehand. So the video was recorded using playback, but I did actually record everything (guitar & percussion).
