This is the 2014 Texas All-State Philharmonic Orchestra performing Antonin Dvorak's Scherzo Capriccioso Op. 66, under the direction of Maestro Phillip Mann, Music Director of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. Texas All-State ensembles are composed of the finest young musicians in the entire state of Texas. This very challenging program was put together in a mere two and a half days of rehearsal.
